PARK NEWS

Pine Island State Park is open Thursday-Sunday from 9am-6pm.

There is no camping and no public boat launch access available at the park.

The swimming area is officially open for the 2026 season!

Please note: To help maintain a safe and clean swimming area for all guests, pets are not permitted on the swimming beach from May 1 through Sept. 30 each year.

HOURS

Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

OFFICE

11 a.m. - noon & 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

ADMISSION

$6 adults; $3.75 SC Seniors (age 65 & older); $3.50 children age 6-15; ages 5 & under are free

PETS

Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife.

Picnic Shelters

Picnic Shelter Information: A variety of different size picnic shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis for family or other group gatherings at no charge. Reservations are not available at this time due to limited parking.
Picnic Tables: There are picnic tables for visitor use located throughout the park.
