TRAVEL ADVISORY

Please be advised that the park is currently undergoing a major replacement project of the waste water system. Construction is located throughout the park until completion in August 2020. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.


The park lake is now full!  Swimming has resumed and the diving boards are up and ready for you to have some summer fun!  Contact the park for more info.


Due to recent lake restocking, bream and bass remain catch and release only, catfish and trout may be kept within legal limit numbers. Find more detailed information here or please contact the park directly.

The park store and office are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., daily.
Bathhouse concessions are open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tu through Su, Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Beginning January 1, 2020, pets will be allowed in cabin 20 at Oconee. Pets are not allowed in any other cabin or the cabin areas. Pets are allowed in most other outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Pets are not allowed in cabin 20 prior to January 1, 2020.

  • Lodging Information: Cabins include a fireplace, screened porch, outdoor charcoal grill, a picnic table and table pad and a fire ring. They are completely furnished, heated, air-conditioned, and supplied with linens, basic cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and microwave. A laundry facility is available on the park, seasonally.

    Thirteen cabins overlook the lake while six are in a secluded wooded area of the park. Cabin #12 is user friendly for the physically impaired. Pets are not permitted in the cabins or cabin area.

    Nightly rates are $70-130/night. Rates are subject to change. Discounted rates may be offered for seasons of lower demand.

  • Reservations: To make a cabin reservation, call toll-free 1-866-345-PARK (7275) or make it online by clicking here.

    Reservations requested less than three (3) days in advance of check-in must be made directly through the park. For example: If today is Wednesday and you are making a reservation for the upcoming Friday, you must make the reservation by contacting the park directly.

  • One Bedroom Cabin/Villa: Five one-bedroom cabins include one double bed. One-bedroom units are cabins 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13.
  • Two Bedroom Cabin/Villa: Eight two-bedroom cabins include two double beds. Two-bedroom units are cabins 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 16 and 18. Five additional two-bedroom cabins have an open loft that can only be accessed by ladder. Please monitor small children. These units are cabins 2, 15, 17, 19 and 20.

    Roll-away Beds: Roll-away beds are available upon request. Quantity is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Group Lodging: The Barrack is ideal for groups up to 16 and is available to rent year-round. This facility includes an outdoor charcoal grill, a picnic table and table pad, a fire ring, television, bed and bath linens, two bathrooms, kitchen, cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, stove, automatic coffee maker and a window AC unit. Rental rate is $120-180/night. Rates are subject to change. To make a reservation for the barrack, contact the park directly.
