Pets are allowed in cabins 14-20 at Oconee. Pets are not allowed in any other cabin or the cabin areas. Pets are allowed in most other outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Pets are not to be left unattended.

  1. Enjoy bluegrass and square dancing on Friday nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  2. Every spring, come and see the breathtaking laurel in bloom.
  3. In the winter months, catch a trout at our cabin lake, one of two lakes in the park.
  4. Enjoy a round of mini golf at the only mini golf course in the state park system.
  5. Take a hike on the Palmetto Connector Trail down to Oconee Station to experience Station Cove Falls and the historic site at Oconee Station.
