Water levels for Lake Wateree have dropped to a level that is no longer safe to launch a boat from the park.  Our boat ramps are closed until these levels come back up.  For more information please contact the park directly.

Please notice that we are experiencing a constant fluctuation of water levels at Lake Wateree State Park.  Please note that when water levels reach 100.5 ft., parts of our trail system become impassable.  Also, our boat ramp drops off when water levels reach 95.5 ft. or below.  Larger vessels over 18 ft. long, may want to use neighboring boat ramps when the lake drops to this level.

Lake levels may be monitored at the Duke Energy website.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
