Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife.
While the Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site does not feature a reenactment of the battle, our largest event each year is our Annual Revolutionary War Encampment held every year on the last full weekend of April.
Throughout the weekend, there are several historic weapons demonstrations, militia musters for children, historic craft demonstrations, Ranger-led activities, and sutlers selling goods to the public. You can interact with reenactors portraying Patriot and Loyalist militiamen, British Regulars, Provincials, Continental soldiers, and civilians representing a variety of backgrounds. Join us as we bring history to life!
