Battle of Musgrove Mill Commemoration
At Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site
On Saturday, August 22, 2026 the Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site will be hosting a commemoration of the 246th Anniversary of the August 19, 1780 Revolutionary War battle of Musgrove Mill.
Directly following the Commemoration on the Visitor Center porch there will be a seated Ranger Battlefield Talk on the history of the battle. This one-hour lecture will cover the history of why the battle occurred, the specifics of the battle itself, and the importance of the battle to the Patriot cause.
This event is free to the public. Please bring lawn chairs, bottled water, and prepare for the weather.
