Scenic Shoreline Trail (white)

Length: 3.4 miles

Type: Hiking and Biking Trail 

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate 

Description: Begin your journey on the Scenic Shoreline Trail from either the trailhead at Campground 1 or the Lee Chappel Road entrance. This well-marked trail winds along the picturesque shorelines of Lake Greenwood, offering stunning views throughout. Hike or bike your way through the area while watching for a variety of wildlife, including blue herons, turtles, songbirds, and even eagles. Anglers will appreciate the many scenic spots perfect for fishing along the shoreline.


Forest Trail (yellow)

Length: 1.7 miles

Type: Hiking and Biking Trail 

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate 

Description: This trail offers a peaceful escape into the heart of the woodlands, providing a quiet contrast to the scenic shoreline. As you travel beneath a canopy of hardwoods and pines, you’ll be surrounded by diverse plant life and the sounds of nature. Watch for deer, squirrels, and a variety of birds, from songbirds to hawks, along the way. With its shaded path and rich wildlife, this trail is perfect for a relaxing hike or bike ride through a thriving forest ecosystem.



Bypass Trails are White/Black

Full loop is 5.1 miles

West Shoreline Loop is 3.1 

East Shoreline Loop is 1.6 miles
