Protect South Carolina's State Parks
Great parks help get people outside where they can explore the natural world around them. That’s why every dollar donated to the Beautiful Places Alliance is invested in South Carolina State Parks. The Alliance offers a variety of options for donating to the state parks, ranging from a one-time general donation to a corporate donation for a specific project in a state park.
Through your contribution to the Beautiful Places Alliance, you are making a commitment to protect South Carolina State Parks and preserve many of our state’s most-valued natural and cultural resources.
When you donate to the Beautiful Places Alliance, you are telling us that state parks matter in your community. Going for a hike, riding a bike or paddling a canoe are also great ways to improve your health!
All contributions to the Beautiful Places Alliance go directly to projects, not daily operations. Some other project ideas that have been proposed:

Grants and donations play a key role in the preservation of our state parks’ natural and cultural resources. These investments have not only served to protect our state’s valuable resources but also have provided numerous hands-on educational opportunities for South Carolina’s children to explore their state’s history and environment.
