Calling all makers

Construction of a new restroom facility is underway in Loop 1 of the campground. Campsites in this area may experience potential utility disruptions and increased construction traffic. We appreciate your understanding as we complete these improvements.

8 a.m. - Sunset, daily

ADMISSION

$6 adults; $3.75 SC seniors (age 65 & older); $3.50 children ages 6-15; ages 5 and under, free.

PETS

Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet.

There is also a dog park available at Sesquicentennial State Park. The dog park is a 2-acre, fenced-in area for dogs to run off-leash.

To access the off-leash dog park, a permit is required for each dog, available at the park office. Permits are $25/year, and are pro-rated depending on the date of purchase. Permits expire on July 1 of each year. Daily permits are available for $4.

Important Notice! Dog must be present for photo identification to obtain dog park permit. Owners must provide current vaccination records showing proof of spayed/neutered, rabies, parvo and kennel cough. Dog permits do not include admission into the park.

Picnic Shelters

PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning an event at the park on weekends from March through August please consider carpooling as parking spaces are very limited.

Picnic Shelter Information: Three picnic shelters and four picnic pads are available for family or other group gatherings. Our picnic pads are not covered but you are allowed to bring ONE pop up 12x12 canopy tent. Each shelter and picnic pad include 4 foot long picnic tables, charcoal grill, and nearby water & restroom access. Shelters 1 & 2 have electricity. Contact the park for more information on capacity & seating limits.
Shelter Reservations: To make a picnic shelter reservation or view current rates, call toll-free 1-866-345-PARK (7275) or visit our reservations page by clicking on the Make a Reservation button located underneath the large photo at the top of this page.

Note: Admission is NOT included in the shelter price. Rates vary by season and demand and are subject to change.
Picnic Tables: Picnic tables are available throughout the picnic area and are first-come, first-serve at no charge. Groups may use no more than two tables at one time.
