Discover Nature Journaling

At Table Rock State Park

BOOK NOW

Discover Nature Journaling is a welcoming weekly program designed for adults who want to slow down, connect with nature, and explore the art of nature journaling—no experience required! Each Wednesday afternoon, we’ll begin in the nature classroom with an introduction to journaling techniques, observation skills, and a nature-inspired theme for the day.
Then we’ll head outdoors to spend time exploring and journaling in the natural world around us. Whether you enjoy sketching, writing, making observations, or simply noticing the small details in nature, this beginner-friendly program encourages creativity, curiosity, and mindfulness at your own pace.
After our outdoor journaling session, we’ll gather back in the classroom for a relaxed opportunity to share observations and journal pages with the group for anyone who would like to participate.

Come discover the joy of slowing down, observing closely, and building a deeper connection with nature through journaling. Pre-registration is required, ages 18 and up.
