Medicinal Plants: Garlic
At Battle of Rivers Bridge State Historic Site
During this program, we will explore the medicinal, culinary, and utilitarian properties of garlic around the time of the Civil War. We will also cook and eat garlic, and participants will get to plant garlic and take it home!
