Santa on the Beach - Photos and Fun
At Myrtle Beach State Park
Santa Claus is on the beach making his list and checking it twice! Enjoy some holiday fun at Myrtle Beach State Park. Bring your camera for a one of a kind family photo. Santa will be on the beach from 9:30am until 1:30pm. Santa also loves pets, so feel free to bring your pet (always on a leash). Holiday activities will include holiday beach games, crafts and more! Escape the holiday stress and spend the day in the great outdoors! Look for the schedule of events on top of the Programs and Events page by mid-November. Santa will be available for photos rain or shine.

Registration Deadline
Weather Policy: Our programs will go on rain or shine, but we reserve the right to cancel scheduled programs for inclement weather which may include lightning, thunder, or other severe weather conditions that the staff deem potentially dangerous or unconducive to activities.
Event Hours
9:30am to 1:30pm. The entire event schedule will be posted by mid-November online and in the park.
Meeting Place
Activities (crafts, face, and grilled hot dogs) will be located on the pier picnic deck. You can reach Santa from the pier boardwalk. The event happens rain or shine! In case of rain, you will find Santa at Shelter B2.

Free with park admission except for special activities like crafts, and grilled hot dogs. No cash accepted at activities- go inside pier retail store to exchange cash/credit card for Christmas Cash. All donations will go towards our educational programs and resource management projects at Myrtle Beach State Park.
