This program can be different from week to week and you never know what topic will be covered, so check back to see what we will talk about next! From bats and bugs, to sting rays and whales, to natures nastiest organisms.. you could learn it all!

Registration Deadline
No registration necessary. All indoor programs have attendance capacities- due to this we cannot accommodate large groups. All programs are strictly first-come, first served. Once capacity is reached, we will not allow anymore participants.
Event Hours
Programs run from 1pm to 1:30pm September 18- Nature's Nasties- We'll briefly cover poison ivy, jellyfish, snakes, and spiders! October 2- Stingray Shuffle- Learn the differences between skates and stingrays and what ones could be observed off our fishing pier. October 9- Giants of the Deep- Find out how common it is to spot a whale off our coast during the migration season. October 30- Bat Chat-Discover some fascinating facts about bats!
Meeting Place
Nature Center. There are no public bathrooms in the nature center. The closest ones are at the park office or shelter 1.
Price
Free with park admission, but donations are always appreciated!
