Crafty Critters

At Myrtle Beach State Park


Learn the important role that pollinators play in the survival of our native plants! This craft will require the use of a small hammer, nails, and paint to create an amazing piece of flowery artwork that will help you remember your trip to Myrtle Beach State Park, so wear clothes that you won’t mind getting dirty. Appropriate for ages 6 to 106. All participants 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Registration Deadline

    Deadline is 2pm the day of the program or until program books up. Online registration is required and once capacity is reached (8 participants), registration will close. Registration Policy: Please ensure your confirmation has the correct program and date. We may ask to see the confirmation email upon arrival (screenshot or printed). Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given due to participant cancellations.

    See schedule above. There are no public bathrooms in the nature center. The closest ones are either at shelter 1 or the park office.

    All supplies will be provided, but wear clothes that may get acrylic paint on them.


    In addition to park admission, $5 per person. Fee will help cover material costs.
