At Aiken State Park
May the Forest Be With You at Aiken State Park! We will be hosting a space-themed 5K on Saturday May 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM. This race is open to everyone regardless of your running ability or experience. Timing will be provided, so you can run as fast as you want, jog, walk, or walk your dog! Pets are welcome but must be on a 6 ft. leash at all times. Registration is $35 per person and include park admission, and registration is open until May 3, 2024 - no same day registration. Prizes will be awarded for top place finishers, and random door prizes and souvenirs will also be awarded. Pick up your race bibs at 9 AM on Saturday morning. This event will be held rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe, and all participants will be notified via email in the event of cancellation. All proceeds will benefit trail improvement projects at Aiken State Park. Come out and wear your best space-themed costume, have and fun and help support a great place while you explore Aiken State Park.
