Celebrate World Ranger Day at Andrew Jackson State Park. Learn about how park rangers around the world protect our cultural and natural resources while providing quality customer service and visitor experiences. Our Park Ranger will be reading a book entitled What A Park Ranger Does by Joseph Hiatt. Discover how to become a South Carolina State Parks Junior Ranger. If you’ve already started your Junior Ranger journey, you can work to complete Level II or III while you are here. All ages are invited to attend this program, however it is best suited for elementary school children. Preregistration is required.
