At Battle of Rivers Bridge State Historic Site
The Battle of Rivers Bridge State Historic Site will present “What Do You Do with Dead Soldiers,” a look at military burial practices during the Civil War. This will be an illustrated talk on what was done with the dead from Civil War battles – the battle of Rivers Bridge in particular – and how burials on the war front differed from those at home. This free program will be held in the site’s community building.
