BOO! Join the park rangers, fellow campers, ghouls and goblins as we celebrate Halloween with a campsite decorating contest AND trick or treating. Campsite judging begins at 3pm. We will announce the winner at 6:45pm at the Ranger campsite (#24). The prize is a free 2 night camping stay at next year’s Camp-and-Treat AND BRAGGING RIGHTS! Trick or treating will run from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Both campers and visitors can trick or treat in the campground. Must be 15 and under. If you are participating in handing out goodies, make sure to be at your campsite from 7:00pm – 8:30pm for the trick or treaters.

    What to Bring

    Campers - campsite decorations, costumes, candy for trick or treaters, optional: teal pumpkin and non-food treats like spider rings, bouncy balls, pencils, erasers, etc for children with food allergies Trick or Treaters – costume, treat container, and flashlight.

    Meeting Place

    All activities take place in the campground. Visitors will have parking available alongside the campground on Loop Road.

    Trick or treating is free. Participates must be 15 years old or younger to trick or treat. Campsite decorating contest is free with paid camping reservation for 18 and older.
