Moths of Lee State Park

At Lee State Park

BOOK NOW

Let’s go mothing! Join us at Lee State Park as we celebrate National Moth Week. We are setting out light traps and sugaring stations around the park’s Education Building, picnic shelters, and ponds. Moths are just as beautiful and beneficial as butterflies but most are nocturnal. They come out to fly around the park when most of us are winding down and getting ready to turn in for the night. So don’t turn in! Stay awake and come out to the park! Let’s see what we can find!
