First Day Hike - Low Tide Hike to the Inlet
At Edisto Beach State Park
Happy New Year! What a better way to start off your New Year than a walk on the beach? Take a ranger-guided walk from the Park Office to the inlet and look for fossils, shells, birds, and other treasures of the beach. Don't forget to bring a bag to pick up some of the great shells and fossils that you might find. The fairly easy walk is 3 miles total and will take about 2 hours.
