Paris Plunge
At Paris Mountain State Park
At the Paris Plunge, participants jump into Lake Plaicd on New Years Day. This is a fundraiser-community event for the Paris Mountain State Park Friends. Participants pay $10 to the Friends for the privilege of jumping in the lake. Prizes are awarded to the person with the best costume. Hot beverages and a sweet treat will be provided post plunge, as well as information about the park and the Friends group.
