At Baker Creek State Park
Macroinvertebrate? What's that? Come and find out at Baker Creek as we take a closer look at what lives in the water, in the muck at the bottom of the lake, pond, or stream, under the leaves, in the soil, and behind every nook and cranny in nature. Yep, we are surrounded by macroinvertebrates! You might as well get to know them since they make up the vast majority of wildlife that you might find in any given environment. We will look at a couple different environments, so be prepared for a little short hiking.
