"Digging Deeper: Updates on the Archaeology of 1670s Charles Towne" by Nicole Isenbarger, Archaeologist at CTL

At Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site

Join us for an update on the ongoing archaeological excavation of the 1670 Charles Towne settlement, one of the few seventeenth-century sites and artifact assemblages in the state, and one of only a handful of original settlement sites that exist in the United States. This talk will highlight recent research and key artifacts from our current excavations.
