Come out to the 4th annual Edisto Blackwater Boogie festival at Givhans Ferry State Park! This festival is all about celebrating the Edisto River. Funds raised from the Boogie go to support the park in preserving the Edisto for future generations. The Boogie features performances by local lowcountry musicians, a singer/songwriter showcase, a nightly bonfire jam session, a variety of outdoor activities including a guided walk and paddle trip, kid-friendly activities, food trucks, drinks, artisan vendors and more! Camping is encouraged! Immerse yourself in the experience by camping under the stars. RV campsites, hike-in trailside tent sites, and primitive campsites can be booked via the festival website, as long as sites are available. Consider overflow camping at nearby Colleton State Park, a short 15 minute drive down Hwy 61. Events will start Friday, October 27th and finish up Sunday, October 29th. Tickets are available per day or for the whole event at the festival website: www.edistoblackwaterboogie.com (you will need to copy and paste the URL into your browser)
