Robert Rommel is offering a Nature Photography Workshop for beginner and intermediate photographers. The workshops will focus on three pillars of nature photography: 1) art - composition, color, and lighting; 2) technical - camera controls, exposure, and sharpness; and 3) creativity - unique perspectives, communication, and mood. Instruction each day will combine field photography sessions and classroom instruction. Field sessions will emphasize the beautiful fall landscapes of upstate South Carolina. With hands-on instruction and small class sizes in the beautiful settings of South Carolina State Parks, you will improve your photographic skills while you bring home some fantastic photos! This photography workshop will be held at Camp Cedar Creek within Keowee-Toxaway State Park. Overnight lodging may be available. Call Keowee-Toxaway to inquire at (864) 868-2605. Register for the photography workshop online at the South Carolina State Park Store at www.southcarolinaparks.com
Workshop will start October 25 and conclude on October 27, 2019. Anyone staying overnight can meet the staff on Friday October 25. Saturday October 26 and Sunday October 27 will be full days in the field and classroom instruction.
