Robert Rommel is offering a Nature Photography Workshop for beginner and intermediate photographers. The workshops will focus on three pillars of nature photography: 1) art - composition, color, and lighting; 2) technical - camera controls, exposure, and sharpness; and 3) creativity - unique perspectives, communication, and mood. Instruction each day will combine field photography sessions and classroom instruction. Field sessions will emphasize the beautiful fall landscapes of upstate South Carolina. With hands-on instruction and small class sizes in the beautiful settings of South Carolina State Parks, you will improve your photographic skills while you bring home some fantastic photos!
This photography workshop will be held at Camp Cedar Creek within Keowee-Toxaway State Park and may visit nearby SC State Parks for photography locations and highlights. Overnight lodging is available at Camp Cedar Creek. For questions about the photography workshop and lodging at Camp Cedar Creek, please call Jim Stanton, Program Coordinator at (864) 918-8475 or Keowee-Toxaway State Park at (864) 868-2605.
