Experience one of Myrtle Beach State Park's spectacular sunsets as you simply focus on being in the moment. This class will include gentle stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. It's a great way to wind down at the end of the day. The class taught is by a certified yoga instructor, and all levels of physical ability are welcome. The program is weather dependent, so it will be canceled if it's raining or extremely windy. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Attendees must bring their own mat, towel, and water. There will be marked mat placements, socially distanced, already set up on the beach for you. Face coverings must be worn correctly at check in, walking to your mat, and when leaving the session. Face coverings can be removed once you reach your mat. There will be no physical adjustments or contact from the yoga instructor. If you a cough, fever, or other symptoms of COVID-19, or have any concerns about coming to a session, please do not come to class.
