Butterfly Tagging

At Myrtle Beach State Park

Join the Nature Center crew as they try to catch and tag migrating monarch butterflies. Patience is required as butterfly flight is unpredictable since it is dependent on temperature, wind, blooming flowers, and weather. We will be searching in grassy areas with cactus and sand spurs so we recommend wearing closed toed shoes and pants.
