Behind the Scenes - the "Otter" Side of the Fence

At Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site

When you think of otters, what do you think? Cute, cuddly critters, right? Come find out the truth for yourself up close and personal. You are invited to see the "otter" side of the fence, or wall in this case, as we take you behind the scenes of the otter habitat. The otters are pretty amazing, and you'll get a rare opportunity to see the training that goes on behind the scenes to ensure their good health. Please allow at least 15 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the Animal Forest otter habitat.
