Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife.

Significant Features:
The park includes a portion of a Carolina Bay, a mysterious geological depression unique to the Atlantic Coastal Plain. Visitors can also see the sand rim that was once a part of the ancient coastline. Where waters receded the white sand was left behind.
